BYJAMIE is an independent luxury fashion label creating limited-run ready-to-wear, accessories and bespoke pieces.
Throughout these Terms, “BYJAMIE”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the owner of this website.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
Every effort is made to display products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitors, photography and the natural characteristics of leather, cowhide and handcrafted materials, slight variations may occur.
Many BYJAMIE products are handmade using natural materials. No two pieces will be completely identical, and these variations form part of the design.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges outside the United Kingdom.
5. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Acceptance of your order occurs when your item has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe fraud, pricing errors or unauthorised activity has occurred.
6. Limited Edition Products
Many BYJAMIE products are produced in limited quantities.
Once a product is sold out, we cannot guarantee it will be reproduced.
7. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke, customised and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.
These items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described under applicable consumer law.
Design consultations, measurements and approvals provided by the customer are considered final once production begins.
8. Shipping
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
BYJAMIE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, illustrations, product designs, text and branding—is the exclusive property of BYJAMIE unless otherwise stated.
