WE SHIP WORLDWIDE FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 1–3 days for dispatch of all ready-to-wear items. Made-to-order pieces allow up to four weeks from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates from the point of dispatch, not from the point of order.

-United Kingdom: 1–4 working days

-Europe: 3–10 working days

-USA & Canada: 5–15 working days

-Rest of World: 7–18 working days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

BY: JAMIE ships worldwide from our studio in London. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, European Union and United States, all applicable duties, taxes and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

We are currently working to extend this service to further destinations.

UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS

Orders shipped within the UK are not subject to import duties. Any applicable VAT is included in the final price at checkout.

REST OF WORLD ORDERS

For all other destinations, the recipient is the Importer of Record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost at checkout.

-Customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are usually based on the value and type of the item.

-Payment is normally collected by the courier handling your delivery, who will contact you by email or SMS with a payment link before the parcel can be released.

-Processing time may be affected by customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier. All orders are shipped on tracked services where available.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address. BY: JAMIE cannot accept responsibility for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be re-dispatched.
