Made to Order
All BY: JAMIE leather goods are made to order. As a result, all sales are final.
Every item is carefully inspected by hand before dispatch and leaves our studio in pristine condition. Please check our Size Guide before placing your order, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order pieces.
As each item is produced specifically for you, we can often accommodate sizing adjustments before production begins. If you require specific measurements or sizing advice, please contact us before placing your order via CONTACT.
Ready-to-Wear-
Items from our Ready-to-Wear collection are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via returns@byjamie.world or CONTACT, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original, pristine condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return address and instructions via email. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note: All returns are subject to inspection. If we receive an item back and it does not meet our refund policy criteria (e.g..,it show signs of wear, damage, or is missing or tags), the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
